Brilliant photos on Facebook by Simon Duggan of the breaching humpback with Wave Chieftain in the background - yes we missed that one but luckily spotted 5 breaches around us and also fins, minkes and dolphins.  We'll be heading out again this weekend - great weather forecast - but only limited spaces available.

Whales off Baltimore

Humpback whales lunge feeding and tail slapping plus fin & minke whales surrounded by hundreds of dolphins off the coast of Baltimore....  Subject to weather and minimum numbers we'll be doing trips this week !

October Bank Holiday W'end

Great slack times for diving the big three (U260 / KB / Fastnet) this weekend AND ligh winds forecast.  This could be the last good weekend of the year for diving these popular spots so call to make a reservation.

When autumn is approaching you really should take advantage of those calm days to get some more great dives in - we still have space this Saturday 29th September and also the weekend of 6 and 7 October (planning on the Kowloon and Sub). Call Rianne to book your space(s).

Some spaces still available to dive the Kowloon Bridge this Sunday on low water slack (2nd September) so call Rianne to book your space. You need to be dived up and minimum advanced open water / sports diver with at least 20 dives logged. It'll be a 2-tank dive trip and forecast is looking good.

Indian Summer - If we do get decent weather, then w'end tides look good for Sept for the Sub & Fastnet. Limited spaces available so book early. Have a look at the following dates in particular: Fastnet - Monday 27th August to Wednesday 29th August. Superb marine life, walls and gullies and depth anything from 10 mtr to 40 mtrs but best around 2-25 mtr for light, colour and life. Kowloon Bridge - Sunday 2nd September with depth between 36 and 17 mtrs on the bow section. U260 - Weekend of 8 and 9 September with good slack tides both Sat/Sun so planning on the sub and the KB that weekend. U260 - Fri 14th and Sat 15th September, and in particular good tides on Friday with sub planned for the morning slack and Fastnet in the afternoon.

Light NW winds forecast for this August bank holiday weekend - if you've haven't booked yet, call Rianne to check what dive sites are planned.

"Kowloon Bridge" ore/bulk/oil carrier 169,080 ton - the biggest wreck by tonnage in the World.
A few divers looking for more dive buddies to dive this enormous wreck off the Stags on Saturday 16th June on the morning slack. Call to book your space(s).

Diving the U260
Anyone interested in diving the Sub this Saturday, May 19th with good tides i.e. low water slack at 11 a.m. please call Rianne to book a space. Subject of course to suitable qualification/experience level and weather (forecast is 12 kn NE). Limited spaces available.

Diving the Kowloon Bridge this Saturday 5th May - low water slack at 11am and departing the harbour at 10 (book your space now if you're "dived up").

Following our annual stock-take we've discountd loads of items so come down and visit our shop. AND ...... if you haven't had your regulator serviced in the last 12 months get it done now so that you can start the dive season with your most vital piece of equipment in good working order.

Due to continued bad weather (strong winds in particular) we are taking the Wave Chieftain out of the water for a couple of months.
